2014 Paul M. Vanhoutte Distinguished Lectureship in Vascular Pharmacology

Dr. Sue P. Duckles delivered this year’s Paul M. Vanhoutte Distinguished Lectureship in Vascular Pharmacology titled “Vascular Mysteries: More than the Sum of the Part”. This biennial award was established in 2008 and sponsored by the Cardiovascular Pharmacology Division to pay tribute to Dr. Vanhoutte for his significant and meritorious contributions to cardiovascular pharmacology both as a researcher and mentor.

Dr. Duckles received a $1000.00 honorarium, a custom designed crystal bowl, and travel expenses in recognition of her meritorious career in research and for her extraordinary mentoring and service to ASPET and the Cardiovascular Pharmacology Division.
