Automatic Membership Renewal
Your ASPET membership can now be conveniently renewed at the start of each membership year when you sign up for EZPay automatic renewal. When it's time to renew your membership next year, your annual dues will automatically be charged to the
credit or debit card on file a week before your membership expires. Signing up for EZPay guarantees our members will have uninterrupted access to benefits, services, and subscriptions. An email reminder will be sent a week before your membership expires
to notify you when the transaction will take place. This message will contain any reminders or action(s) required on your behalf.
Automatic renewal is available when you join or renew your ASPET membership online. Members can update their automatic renewal preferences at any time by contacting us at membership@aspet.org.

Terms and Conditions
By opting in for EZPay auto-renewal, you hereby authorize ASPET on an annual basis to automatically:
- Renew your ASPET membership and any subscriptions that you have selected
- Charge the applicable membership and subscription fees to the credit card that you place on file
Automatic renewals will be processed the last week of December each year. If at any time you do not wish to proceed with automatic renewal for an upcoming membership year, you must opt out before the last week of December by contacting our Member Services
team via email at membership@aspet.org or by phone at 301-634-7060.
Eligibility Qualifications
To be eligible for automatic renewal, you must be an active, dues paying member (Regular, Affiliate, Postdoctoral, Graduate Student, Post-baccalaureate, or Undergraduate Student member).
Note: EZPay is not available for non-member institutional subscribers.
