The charge to the Nominating Committee is to prepare a slate of candidates for the offices of ASPET President-Elect, Secretary-Treasurer-Elect, and Councilor. 

The Nominating Committee consists of the Secretary/Treasurers of one-half of the divisions on a rotating basis. ASPET Past-President serves as the non-voting chair.  Chair of the Program Committee sits on the the Nominating Committee ex officio.
