The
Charge to the Committee on Diversity
is to:
- Develop strategies to attract minority
students into science in general and
pharmacology in particular.
- Work with ASPET membership to address
issues of relevance to the recruitment,
retention and advancement of minorities in science and pharmacology.
- Increase the recruitment of minority
students into ASPET.
- Encourage
the submission of nominations of outstanding minority members for
Society and FASEB awards.
