Presentation Guidelines
Posters for this Colloquium will follow the guidelines set by EB
2008.
The poster-board
surface area is 3'8" high and 5'6" wide. Prepare a 6" high headline
strip that runs the full width of the poster. Include the title,
authors, and affiliations on the strip in letters not less than 1"
high. Post a large-typed copy of your abstract in the upper
left-hand corner.
For more
information go to the EB 2008 website for presentation
information:
http://www.eb2008.org/PosterPresentationGuidelines.htm
Poster
Only
Submit abstract to
markin@aspet.org
before March 4, 2008 with a note indicating poster only in
the RGS Colloquium.
Apply to give a talk at the
RGS Colloquium
To make
sure the latest developments in this fast-moving field are presented
at the meeting, we will select nine additional speakers based on the
abstracts submitted by registrants. These will include four
full-length (30 min) talks, and 5 short (15 min) talks. Scientists
at any level with late-breaking developments may be asked to present
the long talks. The short talks will be reserved for junior
scientists (graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, or junior
faculty). Submit abstract to
markin@aspet.org before
February 1, 2008 with a note indicating you are interested in giving
a talk presentation in the RGS Colloquium. There are no font
or formatting requirements, however, the abstract including title
and authors should be no longer than 1620 characters.
