Posted on 5/19/2017 10:18:10 AM

DMD June Highlights Chen et al

Accurate quantitation of drug metabolizing enzymes in tissue samples is important for basic research on enzyme regulation as well as for in physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling in drug development. This paper by Chen and co-workers describes a stable, simple and rapid isotope-free method for quantifying 24 enzymes, and used it study sex differences in protein expression in SVB mouse livers.
