Networking Sponsorship Opportunities

WELCOME EVENT | $40,000

As the exclusive sponsor of the official Welcome Event hosted at the St. Louis Aquarium, you will receive 5 passes to the event, have an exclusive networking table inside the event, recognition with signage throughout the event, have the chance to welcome guests to the conference, and receive an exhibit booth.

MEAL SPONSOR (2 AVAILABLE) | $7,500

Breakfast and Lunch are provided for conference attendees. This sponsor will have table tent cards, branding sponsor boards and sponsors may also have a table at the entrance to the lunch room on the day of their sponsorship.

NETWORKING/RECRUITMENT EVENT| $7,500

Networking events are organized to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and rapport building and the opportunity to enjoy the community. ASPET will promote and send invitations to specified attendees. Sponsors are responsible for costs associated with food, beverage, and space. All events will take place in the evening outside of the program.

COFFEE BREAK (PER DAY, 7 AVAILABLE) | $5,000

The break station will be open throughout the conference to fuel the brainstorming, planning, and networking that happens. Branded sponsor boards will be stationed at break areas and tent cards placed on break tables. Refreshments and branding upgrades are available.

Each attendee will receive a lanyard and tote bag. One sponsorship is available for each item. Respective items will showcase your branding!

WIFI SPONSOR | $10,000

Your company name is the exclusive WIFI password! Attendees will be required to sign in to the network daily.

DIGITAL GUIDE SPLASH PAGE | $10,000

Exclusive opportunity to showcase your company advertisement every time an attendee opens the digital guide! The sponsor will be responsible to provide advertisements with appropriate measurements.

KEYNOTE SESSIONS | $7,500 (3 AVAILABLE)

As a sponsor of the keynote, you will have exclusive access to the keynote room with a networking table in the back and the opportunity to do a chair drop before attendees arrive. *This does not include the Opening Keynote.

As a sponsor of the poster reception, you will have exclusive access to the reception with a networking table.

HOTEL DOOR HANGER | $5,000

Be the first thing attendees see when they check in. Each attendee room will have a door hanger designed by you when they arrive.

PROMOTIONAL ITEM IN TOTE | $2,500 PER ITEM

One promotional item is put directly into the hands of each attendee. The sponsor is responsible for sending their items to ASPET to stuff into the tote given to every attendee at check-in. ASPET must approve prior to placement.
