The Hyatt Regency Crystal City is the host hotel for the ASPET 2024 Annual Meeting. You must book your room, through ASPET's registration website to receive the ASPET discounted rates. You cannot receive the ASPET discounted rates if you book through the hotel directly. Space is limited and additional hotels will be added once the Hyatt is sold out. All meetings and events will take place at the Hyatt. Shuttles will not be provided between overflow hotels. ASPET will aim to book overflow hotels that are walkable to the Hyatt. If you need to arrive earlier or stay later than is available to book on our website, please contact our housing company through our registration form to inquire about additional availability.

Parking at the Hyatt Crystal City As of November 2023, the hotel offers only valet parking at the rate of $45 per day with unlimited in-and--out privileges. Lower prices apply for a stay of less than two, four or six hours. Check for updated rates on the Hyatt’s website.
To explore around town while at the conference, bring your bike helmet and use the region’s bikeshare company, Capital Bikeshare which has a location adjacent to the hotel. Day passes are available for $8 or pay by the minute at $1.00+0.05/minute.
Any gathering of people in a public place incurs the risk of communicable diseases. Viruses, including but not limited to COVID-19, can cause severe illness and death. COVID-19 vaccines and boosters are recommended, but not required, for anyone attending the meeting. ASPET also recommends wearing a mask during the meeting when unable to keep sufficient distance from other attendees.
Mask-wearing and other requirements will be based on the local and state guidelines and will be communicated with attendees before the start of the event if they are to be enforced. ASPET has the right to add health and safety requirements as we deem necessary. By registering, you will need to certify that you voluntarily assume all risks related to communicable disease exposure and will follow the protocols set forth by ASPET and local authorities.
