Accessibility at ASPET 2026

Accessibility

ASPET is committed to having an inclusive and accessible meeting. We are striving for a culture that welcomes all, regardless of race, religion, gender, disability, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression, as we work to advance the field of pharmacology.

What ASPET is offering at our 2026 Annual Meeting:

  • Family Play Area (for toddlers accompanied by their parents)
  • Lactation/Nursing Room
  • Quiet/Prayer Room
  • Captioning and Translation App for the main scientific sessions
  • Assistive Listening Devices for scientific sessions provided upon request
  • Special or Ingredient-labeled Meals for Food Allergies/Dietary Restrictions – during registration, please be sure to answer this question with any allergies/restrictions you may have

If additional accommodations are needed to be able to fully access the event space or engage with the program, please contact meetings@aspet.org to request assistance.
