*** Graduate Students: To be eligible for the Graduate Student rate, you must be enrolled in a graduate or professional degree program and have not yet earned a doctoral degree. When registering online, enter the name and email
address of your department head. Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns, and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students.

Requests for cancellation received on or before February 8 will receive a refund. For requests received between February 9 and April 20 a processing fee will be deducted from all refunds ($50 for students, $100 for all other registration categories.)
All refunds are processed after the meeting. No refunds for cancellations will be accepted after April 20. Virtual meeting registration fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be in writing. Please email email@example.com.
Substitutions will be accepted with any difference in registration fees based on membership or other special discounts being paid in full at the time of substitution. For example, if the canceling registrant received discounts for membership and for being
an awardee, the fees paid by the original registrant will be transferred to the replacement and the replacement, if not a member or an awardee will need to pay the difference in fees up to the amount of their own applicable categories as a non-member
Any gathering of people in a public place incurs the risk of communicable diseases. Viruses, including but not limited to COVID-19, can cause severe illness and death. COVID-19 vaccines and boosters are recommended, but not required, for anyone attending the meeting. ASPET also recommends wearing a mask during the meeting when unable to keep sufficient distance from other attendees.
Mask-wearing and other requirements will be based on the local and state guidelines and will be communicated with attendees before the start of the event if they are to be enforced. ASPET has the right to add health and safety requirements as we deem necessary. By registering, you will need to certify
that you voluntarily assume all risks related to communicable disease exposure and will follow the protocols set forth by ASPET and local authorities.
