All ASPET sessions, posters, and meetings will be held at the Hilton Atlanta. Accessible rooms are available at the hotel. If you do not see this option when you register, please contact Showcare, ASPET’s housing partner, at ASPET@showcare.com for assistance in booking an ADA-compliant room.

The Welcome Reception will be at an off-site location within 2 miles of the hotel. Accessible busing to the Welcome Reception is available if you provide us with 6 weeks advance notice.
