*You must be an ASPET member with 2027 dues paid in full (an expiration of 1/1/2028 or later). You can renew while you register only if you use your membership username and password to log in to the registration site. Non-members can join during the registration process and immediately receive the member discounts.** Postdoctoral Scientists: Any qualified person who has received their PhD or equivalent degree in pharmacology or a related field within the past five years.*** Graduate Students: Must be enrolled in a graduate or professional degree program and have not yet earned a doctoral degree. For non-members, be prepared when registering, to enter the name and email address of your department head when prompted. Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students.**** Undergraduate Students: Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and have not yet earned a baccalaureate degree. For non-members, be prepared when registering, to enter the name and email address of your department head when prompted.*****U.S. High School Students: Must be enrolled in a high school (grades 9 through 12) located in the United States. When registering, be prepared to enter the name and email address of your science teacher or principal.

Pre-conference hands-on workshops will be offered on Sunday, May 16 before the Annual Meeting begins. Session details and ticket pricing will be posted in January. Additionally, a limited amount of sightseeing tickets will be available for small groups of ASPET attendees to experience local attractions and events together.

We welcome our retired members to continue to join us at your home for pharmacology. If the registration fees create a hardship to your participation, please contact us at meetings@aspet.org for a 50% discount for eligible ASPET members with emeritus membership status.
We welcome our members residing in resource-restricted countries on the Category 1 and II lists to join us at your home for pharmacology. If the registration fees create a hardship to your participation, please contact us at meetings@aspet.org for a 50% discount for eligible ASPET members who have renewed membership for 2027.
Requests for cancellation received on or before February 11, 2027 will receive a full refund. For requests received between February 12 and April 20 a processing fee will be deducted from all refunds ($50 for students, $150 for all other registration categories.) All refunds are processed after the meeting. No refunds for cancellations will be accepted on or after April 21, 2027. Fees for guest and tour tickets and satellite colloquia are non-refundable at all times. Refund requests must be in writing. Please email meetings@aspet.org.
Substitutions will be accepted with any difference in registration fees based on membership or other special discounts being paid in full at the time of substitution. For example, if the canceling registrant received discounts for membership, the fees paid by the original registrant will be transferred to the replacement and the replacement, if not a member will need to pay the difference in fees up to the amount of their own applicable categories as a non-member.
