ASPET Provides Financial Assistance and Prizes

ASPET members are eligible for awards and discounts that can help defray the cost of attending.

Submit a session proposal by Sept. 3 to be considered for:

• Speaker travel subsidies and deeply discounted registration fees

Nominate yourself or others for a Scientific Achievement Award or Division-Sponsored Award

• All the awards include some type of travel support to ASPET 2027 and/or honorarium.
• Many of the awards include an invitation to give a talk

Submit an abstract by Dec. 3 to be considered for:

• Student and postdoc travel awards
• Student and postdoc poster presentation awards
• Early career scientist (within 15 years of completing a PhD or equivalent) abstract awards
• Abstract processing fee discount: presenting authors who are current ASPET members save $100.
• ASPET Family Support Fund (separate application due by Jan. 21) to offset the cost of dependent care to present your research at the meeting.
