James R. Gillette Drug Metabolism Best Paper Awards of 2010 Announced

The Gillette Best Paper Award winners of 2010 were announced at the Drug Metabolism Division and James Gillette Best Paper Award Platform Session at the EB2011 meeting in Washington, D.C. These are the best papers of the previous year published in Drug Metabolism and Disposition in the areas of metabolism and pharmacokinetics/drug transporters, respectively.

The Gillette Best Paper Award winners for 2010 are as follows:

Drug Metabolism category:  “Ecto-5'-Nucleotidase and Thiopurine Cellular Circulation: Association with Cytotoxicity” by Fang Li, Brooke L. Fridley, Alice Matimba, Krishna R. Kalari, Linda Pelleymounter, Irene Moon, Yuan Ji, Gregory D. Jenkins, Anthony Batzler, Liewei Wang, and Richard M. Weinshilboum, published in Drug Metabolism and Disposition (2010) 38:2329-2338.
