ASPET Committee and Board Meetings

Many ASPET committees take advantage of the annual meeting to hold face-to-face committee meetings.

The following are invitation-only. Please reference your invitation for more information. Check with your ASPET committee staff liaison if you did not receive an invitation.

Schedule and room assignments are subject to change.

Please stay in touch with your committee chair as they assess if a quorum will be present in person to hold your committee meeting. Zoom attendance at the in-person committee meetings cannot be accommodated, but conference call lines can be arranged if requested at least 30 days in advance. Please RSVP promptly to assist in our planning.
