After two successful years and the expansion of the program this August, ASPET is now accepting applications for its 2025 Editorial Fellowship Program.

The ASPET Editorial Fellowship Program is a one-year program for senior post-doctoral fellows and junior faculty members with relevant expertise in pharmacology and drug development to build important skills as a peer reviewer and as an editor. The Editorial Fellowship program will provide an in-depth opportunity to work interactively with an associate editor learning important elements of the editorial process, including all aspects of the submission process, peer review, and editorial decisions. Fellows will meet quarterly to discuss aspects of the editorial process. Fellows will also be invited to participate in at least one editorial board meeting.

Applicants must include a brief cover letter outlining their interest, desired journal, and their curriculum vitae when they apply for the ASPET Editorial Fellowship by December 11, 2024, for a January 2025 start date. If you are not an ASPET member, you will need to create an account to proceed with the application. We anticipate appointing several ASPET editorial fellows for the year.
