Sadikshya Aryal, a 5th-year PhD candidate at Purdue University, is the Molecular Pharmacology Highlighted Trainee Author for March 2026. 

Her research, “Oligomerization of transmembrane adenylyl cyclase isoforms,” focuses on understanding how a key signaling enzyme in the nervous system, called adenylyl cyclase 1 (AC1), is regulated inside cells.

“I hope my research will impact pharmacology by expanding our understanding of how AC1 is regulated inside cells and identifying new control points that shape cAMP signaling,” she shared.
